GoogleWe would highly recommend Acquire. James dealt with our sale - he was very professional and excellent at keeping in touch/chasing up solicitors. Others in the team were also able to deal with queries which avoided any delays.

GoogleAvoid at all costs, numerous issues regarding locked out due to not being given a keycode, blatent disregard to tenenats and only care about keeping your deposit. Avoid and save yourselves heaps of trouble.NegativeQuality

Which address is this for and we can’t keep a deposit without evidence - you know this. It’s easy to jump on google and write negative reviews when you are frustrated, I would like to resolve this for you if we are at fault. However if you are who I think you are and the are the ‘lowe’ life that called swearing on our recorded phone system then two can play that game. Grow up and remove this review.

GoogleOne of the worst estate agent in the town no way some one can trust them i had 6 month contract with them when i had massive leakage in the house they didnt even bother to come and fix it always ready to take money from u but never try to help out when u need them. Big bunch of liars works there. I would just say avoid them at any cost

The literal worst. Sad days when they could no longer steal your money through "fees", now they have to live at the pond margins, squeezing every tiny penny out of fixing your death-dealing boiler. They will rob your deposit, I have email evidence to back up all my statements, come and have a go.

GoogleTake your money for holding fee. Fail your application because apparently you have a CCJ? Told I wouldn’t be able to private rent at all. Funnily enough I’ve rented through another agency, exact same credit referencing agency and no CCJ has appeared. Complete scam AVOID.
