We had an unusual situation in that our buyer fell through just before we completed. So we ended up switching to a rental model on the house we were buying while we sold our house. A lot of moving parts and from start to finish, Andie in the Burpham office was amazing. She was clear in her communication, firm with deadlines and expectations but also empathetic of what was a very difficult situation with many moving parts that affected both us and the sellers. She acted as the perfect liaison between buyer and seller, returned calls when promised, helped with technicalities, managed the transition from sale to rental (and back to final sale) brilliantly. All the while she was unflappable and kept calm while all around could have gone crazy. Big thanks to the Burpham Seymours, to Tracy and especially to Andie who stuck with us and helped get the sale over the line.

Although it was a tricky time to move house in an uncertain market, Seymours were there to guide and support us throughout the process. We had a few issues along the way, but Chris and Andi (Burpham office) were always at the end of the phone when we needed them and fought for us right up to the finishing line to get us where we wanted to be. Recommendations for our mortgage adviser and solicitors were absolutely spot on, which certainly made the process a little easier! Really friendly office and nice people to liaise with.

My wife and I just went through the process of purchasing our first home using Seymour’s and they were brilliant throughout. The difference in customer service and communication from Seymour’s and other estate agents was night and day. All members of staff were extremely helpful from when we first enquired on a few properties right up until the end of the buying process. I originally picked another agent over Seymours, but despite this Seymours kept in contact with me regularly to check on progress. I decided that if they could be that (politely!) persistent without me being a customer, it would be worth seeing if they could sell my house as a customer... and they did!
