Great service from Matt & Graham....kept us in the loop and updated every step of the way into purchasing our new home. Would highly recommend to others who are looking to sell or buy in the near future.

Graham and his team at Burnham-on-Sea branch gave us the utmost support and assistance in every way earlier this year, a commendable, caring and helpful team.

Very polite and efficient to begin with but this gradually tailed off as no offers ere received. Moved agents eventually as they were not consistent in their communications and felt like they were not 'on the case', had to chase them continually. They didn't seem to have enough staff for the workload. I was expecting a written apology as a polite goodbye, but nothing - not even out of courtesy. Very disappointed.

We just wanted to say a big thank you for dealing with our mum's house sale. You provided a very professional and friendly service, from sourcing potential buyers to keeping us up to date along the way. The efforts of you all at Berryman's in helping things to run smoothly have been much appreciated.

Absolutely staggered by how rude the agent was who recently showed me around a property in Burnham. No response from my complaint either.

Earlier this year Berryman's and Graham in particular, assisted us in the sale of a relative's property following a bereavement. His sensitivity and professionalism (and of the rest of his team) was instrumental in ensuring a smooth process in what was a difficult time for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Berryman's to anyone looking to buy or sell. They are a credit to their profession. Thank you again.

We moved down from west London recently to Burnham on sea and it was a delight to meet Meg at Berrrymans and the rest of the team who have been fantastic in helping with our purchase ...compared with our sale in Slough with Berkshire estates who were total opposite.. I am so pleased we chose Berrrymans .highly recommended
