GoogleVery friendly staff, honest photography and easy to get in contact with them. However the real star is Matt Jakeman, sales progression manager he worked tirelessly to sort out some complex issues and most definitely was the reason our sale and purchase got back on track. I will be forever grateful :)

Matt Jakeman was brilliant, going above and beyond in his efforts to resolve issues and obstructions from a particular firm of solicitors (not mine) in the final few days before completion. Without him completion would not have been achieved on the due date. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe lovely lady who showed us around the property was extremely professional and helpful. Matt was very much on the ball and extremely helpful. Jack on the other hand I found rude and he really didn’t seem interested in his job.

GoogleOur family has been renting through Berryman's since 2012 and the service they provides to us has always been spot on. Penny has been exceptional in ensuring the welfare of the tenants. Few weeks ago we decided to look for our first home and we were so delighted to find it through this company. Beth was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant on every queries we have had on the three properties we viewed that day. And when we put an offer on the bungalow we fell in love with Matt was such a great help! I cannot put into words how much we appreciated the professionalism and yet very friendly approach on the whole buying process. Thumbs up to the amazing Berryman's team, and once again thank you very much for helping us realising our dream!!!

The house sale has gone through without delay and we have been kept informed at every stage. GoogleAfter the flat my step son was buying from another estate agent fell through as the vendor withdrew the property, berrymans found him the perfect flat, they kept us informed throughout the process taking away a lot of the stress involved in buying your first home. They did all the chasing of the solicitors and ensured we were informed of the progress. I would like to recommend the estate agent matt who I can not praise enough. GoogleExcellent service, can't recommend highly enough. The professional advice provided in my opinion was far superior to that of others which enabled the sale of my house and the purchase of the new property asap. The team at Berryman's were always available be that either via phone or email to assist throughout the process. Next time I need an estate agent they will be the first one I contact.

GoogleI reached out to this company via Rightmove a few weeks back with an inquiry but received no response. Even after emailing their sales department directly 2 weeks ago, I still didn't hear back. This lack of communication feels disrespectful and arrogant to me. It only takes a moment to reply, even if it's just to say the property is no longer available. Ignoring messages reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and customer care.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
