GoogleI tried three other local agents before deciding on Berryman's. It was a good decision. From the outset, Christian was helpful, honest and commited to delivering great service. As a result, my flat was under offer in two days and sale was completed in less than eight weeks. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.

GoogleProvided a very personal, individual and professional service to both our purchase and sale in the Burnham on Sea area. Being an ex purchasing professional the price offered by their team principal Graham Hutchinson was the best of 5 local agents. Louisa provided details of Removal companies and solicitors to make the initial set up easier and could not have been more helpful. The assistance in finding suitable properties and arranging viewings given by Jack Keates was excellent and his advice was instrumental in our making the right choice of property. The sale did not go smoothly with a long chain and the amount of effort in chasing the sale though to conclusion by Office Manager Matt Jakeman was outstanding. I have purchased several houses(3 in the past 5 years) and would thoroughly recommend the Berryman's team to buy and sell your property - William Fagg

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant from start to finish ! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Special thanks to Louise who went above and beyond to complete the sale of my Uncle's home, nothing was too much trouble and she and Matt were always available for updates and help with everything from final house clearance to meter readings to regular checks on the house as we live 80 miles away. I cannot thank them enough, they made a difficult situation bearable. I would highly recommend them.

All contact l had with various members of the team - whether in person, over the phone or via email - was incredibly friendly, cheerful, professional and helpful. Furthermore, Matt really did go that extra mile for me and is quite simply worth his weight in gold! When things got stressful (as they always do when buying and selling property), Matt was there for me: chasing information & solicitors, giving me supportive guidance and advice and basically keeping me sane!! His passion for his job and integrity is outstanding. Thank you, Matt and the Berryman's team!! I definitely recommend them!!!

Their in-depth knowledge of the local market, combined with their incredible communication skills and unwavering dedication, made buying our home as seamlessly a process that buying a house can be. GoogleWe had an eventful few months with many obstacles to get over due to complicated processes that the solicitors had to overcome. This would have been extremely stressful if we didn't have the excellent service provided by berrymans. With there continuous updates and chasing on our behalf it made everything so much easier. I would like to thank Matt, especially as he made what could have been an extremely stressful move very easy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as it did. I would 100% recommend berrymans Burnham-On-Sea to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Everyone in their office is extremely professional and always happy to help.

GoogleI had to deal with the sale of my late sister's property through probate as executor to her will. After an initial briefing with Graham Hutchison, I was able to leave all the matters of the sale in his capable hands supported by Matt and Louise who dealt with me very efficiently. Living 160 miles away, it was very reassuring to know that all matters would be dealt with from advising on probate value, finding buyers within 48 hours, visiting the vacant property regularly and organising for repair work to be done. GoogleWe would highly recommend Berryman’s. We were in the difficult situation of selling my mum’s property from 200 miles away. Graham anticipated our needs and gave us valuable advice on things we hadn’t even considered. The company was efficient throughout and went above and beyond with the assistance they offered us, including making weekly checks on the unoccupied property for insurance purposes. Through their excellent local client knowledge they found us a buyer straight away and made the whole selling process easy for us. Matt kept us informed and was very reassuring. Matt went above and beyond dealing with my constant queries from the offer being accepted to completion, getting answers to all of my questions and regularly keeping me updated which helped to take a lot of stress out of the process! GoogleI used Berryman's in Burnham on Sea to sell my late mothers bungalow. I needed a valuation for probate and was advised by my solicitor that I must get at least three valuation. I invited four different estate agents to come and give me the valuation. Graham stood out from the rest in many ways. He was professional and very sympathetic and understanding at this very difficult time for me. Even though at this stage I was only getting a probate valuation Graham spent time with me advising on how I should present the bungalow when I decided to sell it, and talked me through the procedures of selling a property when a grant of probate was required. The valuation that Graham produced for my solicitor and myself was very detailed and was laid out in an informative brochure. The other companies just produced a single sheet letter with very basic details. One of the other valuations was higher but I felt Graham had given a realistic valuation. The property was empty and for insurance purposes it had to be checked inside and out once a week. Matt went in every week to check even during lock down which was amazing for me as I was not local. I was kept informed about viewing and was given feed back after the viewings had taken place. Communication was excellent, either by phone or email, always very prompt. The sale went though extremely smoothly and quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Berryman'sPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have just collected the keys to our new house. The process was stressful as any house move is. However Matt Jakeman was a super star. He guided us through the whole process, nothing was ever too much bother. He put up with daily phone calls from myself, his communication was amazing. I never felt we were bothering him. I would highly recommend berrymans and Matt to anyone who asks.

GoogleWe found a property that we wanted to buy in Burnham, in July 2023. It took a lot of work from Matt at Berrymans to get this sale over the line by the end of the year (due to a fairly complex setup with leases and the freehold etc). Matt was always keeping us up to date and always on hand with any queries we might have. He also did a great job of pushing all parties, without which this sale would have probably fallen apart. I've bought a few properties in my time and most Estate Agents seem to lose interest once a buyer has been found, so I'm very happy to recommend Berryman's - whether you're a buyer or a seller!

GoogleWhat a fantastic team at Burnham on Sea. We wanted to pursue our dream of relocating to the coast and did a few speculative trips to see if we could find our dream home. Jack and Bev took us to a few properties we selected which didn't quite do it for us. Jack told us to meet him at the office he had a property he thought would be perfect but slightly above our budget. He arranged a viewing with Bev that afternoon and he was absolutely right, it felt like home as soon as we walked in. Did our sums and had our offer accepted. Then Louise took over and was our guide through everything up to completion. What made it all the more special was Jack gave us our keys and remembered saying he knew we would love this house. Well Louise and Bev many thanks for everything you did and Jack thank you for your foresight into matching us with our dream property. We both look forward to seeing you all around the town.
