If I could give 0 stars I would, they ask you to fill out a form before reviewing, set a date to view the property and then cancel 3 hours before viewing due to something that you had let them know on the form they initially made you fill out 3 weeks prior. I had to change all my plans for today for no reason. Absolutely disgusting. I have never experienced this with other estate agents.

Now in my retirement years, we decided to move to Burnham-on-Crouch and after many months of searching for the right property, we finally found the one right for us. Although our property was not on the market at this time, it was important to us to make things happen quickly as this was the only property on our radar. Nathan at the Burnham office worked with us and the vendor to help the transaction move as easy as possible while Nick constently kept us updated with the progress within the chain.
