GoogleSuperb experience with Sowerbys, mainly dealing with Wendy Utting who was always, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Various issues with mortgage lenders etc which delayed the house purchase considerably and I think if it hadn't been for Wendy's input we would have lost the deal. Wendy kept everyone informed at all times and held the whole thing together. Whenever we phoned up and couldn't get hold of Wendy, everyone we spoke to knew who we were and were equally helpful, passing messages on etc. I have never dealt with Sowerbys before but I cant rate them highly enough.
