I cannot Thank Lottie enough for her dedication of the sale of our home, from the very beginning to the completion, the communication was outstanding, the marketing of the property was amazing and our house sold within just 2 days of going on the market.I have brought many properties over the years and used other agents before, but I would never use another ever again. Despite all the difficulties of lockdown we have recently viewed and purchased a perfect house in Cley. Carolyn, Tim and Natasha were helpful at every turn and followed up immediately with any queries to solicitors and made a, necessarily, tedious and lengthy sale process painless. At all times they were at hand to help and follow through. Its a cliche I know but they all three worked together to take any stress out of the process and the result is a remarkable speedy process through viewing, offer, contractual exchange and completion. Outstanding Professionalism

I can't rate Jackson-Stops Barnstaple enough. From the initial visit through to the completion, James & Ria were so professional (something that is often lost in these times). Our sale was of a non-standard property and I was worried that we would waste a lot of time but they vetted viewings perfectly. Their communication of viewings, offers, negotiations and the progressing of the legal side was outstanding. We sold "the village in a village" within 3 weeks and completion within a further 15, with Covid-19 and stamp duty pressures adding to the process. This is the first property sale I've ever had (and there have been a few!) where I actually believed the estate agents were working on my behalf. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment Alan King came and did the valuation, which was spot on, of my home Jackson-Stops got it right. All the team members involved came and looked round the house and the surrounding communal grounds, swimming pool and tennis courts, so as to give the best viewing possible to potential buyers. It took a week to sell my house and my buyers at the time were not even on the market but sold their house within 24 hours of making an offer on mine, also through Jackson-Stops. Above & beyond in a challenging situation

We live in the USA and initially rented our house in the UK through Jackson-Stops: we were delighted with their service in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, experience and level of expertise. However, with the pandemic affecting operations at so many levels, we decided for the fourth year of the rental to manage the property on our own. By the end of that year, we found ourselves in a difficult situation with our tenants once notice had been served. Despite having no obligation to help us, Paula, our initial letting agent, very kindly offered us some excellent advice on how to handle matters and then went on to facilitate the tenants' handover back to us without further upset. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way the matter was handled and would wholeheartedly recommend Paula and Jackson-Stops as straightforward, straight-speaking agents in whom you can safely place your trust.

I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops as Estate Agents. I had a very positive experience selling my late father's property; the team were in constant communication, including emails for house viewings and general progress updates. In particular, Hannie Theobald called me regularly to update on progress, and even went to the house to greet the new owners on completion day. I also feel that Jackson-Stops gave a realistic market appraisal of the house and did not try to oversell their services to me. Overall, Jackson-Stops provide a very efficient and personable service, and treated me with empathy and thoughtfulness given the circumstances of the sale; I would use them again.

Throughout the process, Neil was communicative, responsive and always made us feel like we were a priority.
