I have been really impressed by the service provided by Parkers at Burghfield Common. From meeting Patrick who valued the house and then other members of the team, whether it was on the phone or in the office, I have found them all to be really helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They all made selling the house at a difficult time as easy as it could be. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

Parker's had my back from day one!Somer Jones and the team went above and beyond with the purchase of my property.Pushing solicitors, moving the purchase forward and constantly keeping me updated and calm. (Whilst the solicitors drove me insane). I wanted a quick completion and they made sure everyone and everything was in check to make that happen!On my day of completion, I received a wonderful gift box of moving in treats to enjoy in my new home. A few months in and I wouldn't hesitate using them again if I ever wanted to sell in the future.

Wonderful experience!!

From inital viewing and exchange it took 4 weeks!!Having been messed around on another property (with a different estate agent) I was dreading starting the process again, however from the initial viewing it was smooth sailing.Ryan originally showed me around the property, and was very honest and extremely helpful. He told us the situation upfront, and gave me all the details I needed. Harry was also super helpful and professional with the offer. From the offer being accepted to exchange, honestly has been a fabulous experience. Emma George was so efficient, helpful and kept me in the loop all the time. As im at work most the day she kept me updated by email which was amazing. It was like working with a friend, very reassuring and a real pleasure to work with. Over all Parkers were outstanding, cant recommend them enough!!

We have just moved into to our lovely new home and the team from Parkers supported us every step along the way. They say buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences - it kind of is - and that is why you need a team of experienced and competent experts on your side guiding you through the process. I know these internet companies are doing it cheaper. but I very much doubt you will receive the same level of service. Dale was always on the end of the phone and always ready to jump to chase answers from all angles. He kept everyone in the chain informed and moving to the same beat, everyone in the chain was then engaged and doing everything to keep the transaction on track. When Dale was unavailable (very rarely), Patrick and Zoe were equally informed about the status and equally proactive in keeping everything on track. Yes - a very positive experience - I most definitely recommend Parkers of Burghfield

We purchased our property through Parkers, Initially we found them pushy, we were on the market with another agent and from the moment we tentatively viewed through them, every update email came with persuasive measures to try and go joint agency, we also found that when a competitive offer came on the scene our position was somewhat twisted a little to the owners of the property we were trying to buy to make us seem less viable as we were the longer option. From the point of our offer being officially accepted the Sales Progression was great, we had very awkward solicitors and Dale helped to keep us informed of the progress as it moved along. Overall a good experience with them.

We have relocated from Leicester to Burghfield and have found the service from Dale , Chrissie and the team at Parkers quite exceptional. First they arranged viewings very helpfully at very short notice for us. Then, throughout the process, communication was excellent. Our sale at the other end had a number of problems and the help and support from Parkers was excellent - always proactive and, it has to be said, far superior to other agents we have dealt with. I recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever.

They advertised a house for sale together with another company. We had a viewing and placed an offer.We found it was sold some months before for a lower price. It was bought with cash as part of a scheme.They kept us lying that the house was not sold months before, but the other company told us it was.They told us to wait for a response on the offer, and their response after a week of waiting was that it was sold by the other company. They could have spared the entire process from the beginning but they love wasting your time and lying about the process. Parker’s are very proactive and make a letting seamless from beginning to end. They also send reminders re a landlord’s legal responsibilities. eg Gas Certificate renewal, EICR, EPC etc.They establish good relationships with tenants and landlords and respond immediately to any issues.I highly recommend:

Easily the best estate agents

Moving house is never simple, especially at the moment! But Parkers just make it so much simpler. The expertise and support from before marketing to even after completion is something well worth it compared to newer online-only estate agents. We had 2 failed attempts and if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication from Parkers, I'm not sure we'd have moved at all. From the first meeting with Jasper, who really understood our needs, understands the market and really took time to help, through to completion with Paula who was unbelievably outstanding in supporting us, through house's falling through (which sadly happens) to calling whoever was needed - nothing was ever to big for Paula. Always going above and beyond and we're extremely grateful. 100% recommend using Parkers if you're buying on selling.

House Purchase just before XMAS

From start to finish, I had no issues with Parkers. Emma George assisting throughout the whole process, I had a stress free life knowing that Emma was able to take control of certain situations between the purchase and selling solicitors.
