I used Penny&sinclair for a 2 week stay in an Airbnb. They were absolutely amazing at communicating… if there was a problem in the property they would sort it out. They were quick & always on hand when we needed them. Would 100% recommend

TrustpilotThe reason people don’t like Estate Agents...
After finding a new build property, we needed to sell our property to secure it. Then lockdown happened, however, a buyer out of the blue wanted to purchase our property. We accepted, however, Erling after being told to be honest to our buyer, told them we would be out in 2 weeks after exchange. After creating tension between us and our buyer, he moved her in to rent 3 doors down! He asked us to also pay her rent of 1300k a month, a ridiculous request in which he thought was acceptable. He also showed people through our windows when he knew we were out. We spoke to Mr Penny who simply said we were telling a different story to Erling. We are now homeless waiting for our house to be built. I would not recommend Penny & Sinclair to anyone.

GoogleAs a landlord I can only speak highly of Lisa Gould at Penny and Sinclair. She is always professional and helpful and makes my life very easy when searching for and finding new tenants. When dealing with my latest property she found me a tenant in 8 hours!!!

FacebookUnethical company to deal with. They lie to get their hands on your deposit. Their home checks are invasive and every three months. I’ll leave it there as I would need a lot more time to expose their unethical behaviour. The letting agents are great. Pity their property management undo it all. Well done Penny and Sinclair. I hope you are proud of your lies and enjoy the £310 you got out of me! Such a disgrace of a company!

It was in the perfect location, the apartment was well-appointed, and the customer service was great. We were met with a very lovely agent who walked us through the apartment and offered her sincere apologies for the slight inconvenience of an alarm going off in the building.

Clear communication, out of hours support, flexibility on check in and check out, property clean and good quality.Some more attention to detail before moving in would have made the experience more enjoyable (e.g. check that heating and lights are working). The cleaner who was scheduled to come did not come.
