Have completed a house purchase this month through Starkings and Watson. All communications with them have been efficient and friendly and the whole team have been great, from the lady who showed us the property to Samuel who dealt with our offer and then Will who has been responsible for overseeing the sale and chasing the solicitors when needed. I've never had such great proactive communication during a house sale/purchase before - it's usually me having to chase things up to find out what's happening! - so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using Starkings and Watson again in future!
