Gerry and Shannon were possibly the best agents I have dealt with, in this case as a tenant. I have worked with many agents as a landlord, buyer, seller and tenant, and their care, attention to detail, personal involvement from the beginning of the process, to getting the keys to our home, and follow up after has been outstanding. I would highly recommend them, and Swetenhams, to anyone looking for excellent knowledge, customer service, speed and care, they were and still are superb people who are fantastic at what they do.

We had the pleasure to have Georgia Greenwood as our Mortgage consultant who has helped us from having no idea as to what the application process was like to having an offer from a lender! The process wasn't easy with our original choice of lender having a long turn-around time between queries but Georgia and Natasha were persistent and determined to get us a mortgage offer and were always available for a call / email. Georgia was very flexible with mortgage appointments and stayed after hours to accommodate for the fact we work 9-5 and wouldn't have been able to make an appointment during their business hours. Thank you both, Georgia and Natasha!

Being a cash buyer I phoned 10.30am on a Monday to book a viewing, a woman took a lot of personal details regarding my finances and promised a sales person would call me. I heard nothing back by late on Tuesday so messaged for the attention of the manager, 24 hours later no response. If you want to sell a house my experience tells me not to use them. Extremely poor performance and I worry about GDPR as my personal information is floating about with them. They haven’t helped my poor opinion of estate agents.

Charlotte was a great help with every aspect of our move, she organised a viewing really quickly, gave us all the information we needed during the viewing (even provided us with a tape measure as we had forgotten ours!!). She kept us upto date during the whole process, and even stayed late one night so that we could collect our keys for the house! Thank you Charlotte!!

My main contact for selling my son’s house whilst he is overseas was Holly who was truly excellent & kept me fully informed throughout all the legal procedures & to its conclusion. AVOID AVOID AVOID more interested in trying to get you to see their mortgage advisor than booking you a viewing! They even have the staff targets in the branch for all members of the public to see! Wouldn’t let me see a house in Rudheath without speaking to the mortgage advisor, I had to go and knock on the door this evening! The owner unsurprisingly wasn’t aware the agents were stopping people viewing! If you want to buy or sell a house avoid these at all costs! EDIT: This companies ineptitude is highlighted in their response… ‘no property in this area’ but have 4 AVAILABLE on Rightmove. Are these fake listings or vendors you aren’t servicing correctly?!?!?!

Nathan and April have gone above and beyond. I had quite a tight timeline for moving across from Northwich from Nottinghamshire. I had struggled to get viewings arranged with other companies.
