I initially viewed a property with her that didn’t quite match what I was looking for, and she was understanding and assured me she’d keep an eye out for something more suitable within my budget. Update 2025: Tianne from Lettings was brilliant in helping me secure a new apartment and move out earlier than my contract end date as she was sure she could find another tenant which she did. She was friendly, professional, answered all questions quickly. But more importantly she was empathetic and helped me feel less stressed. She even helped liaise with colleagues in other departments, some of whom could benefit from learning some soft skills and customer service skills from Tianne. Previous review 2024: Brilliant experience securing my new rental apartment. Friendly, professional communication. Paperwork went smoothly. My main point of contact was Tasif who helped me secure a viewing despite a difficult previous tenant and who always answered my questions promptly and guided me through the process.

Not good for landlords

I am a long-standing landlord. Webbers in the South West appear to offer a good rental management service, but in reality it is sketchy and offers little for the money. Unless as a property owner you accept their 'chosen traders' estimates without question, they cannot / will not deal with the smallest issues. Actually they constantly delay response to tenants' issues, and no-one including Charlie in control of maintenance seems to have any practical understanding of property maintenance or the normal costs of basic maintenance work. The estimates they produce are routinely inflated. If you choose them to manage your property be aware you will either pay over the odds for maintenance or end up doing most of the management yourself anyway.
