All I can say is from day one Freddie went above and beyond to ensure my house move was smooth, even dropping me keys out of work hours to accommodate my difficult schedule. Down to earth great guy. Even on his days off he answered and directed me to his colleague Rosie who done a great job helping me out also. And how can I forget Sarah. Sarah. Sarah. Sarah what a positive bubbly character she has, a real credit to the team, kept me laughing and smiling during the more stressful parts. Was a real pleasure meeting these individuals. Customer service I'll never forget.

My experience with letting arranged by Intercounty has been amazing. Katie Mitson has been remarkable in her job, with excellent prowess in communication. As I live quite far from Bishop’s Stortford, she arranged the video viewing and has promptly responded to all my queries. She excelled in helping us get our offer accepted too. I do hope that we can receive their remarkable services some point in the future.

Dan is an estate agent that takes time to understand you as a person and a business. I’ve dabbled in rentals for years but since meeting Daniel two years ago I have focussed my business and increased my rental income dramatically, my aim was to buy property to support my retirement and I can now retire ten years earlier than I was hoping to. I really can’t recommend Daniel and his team enough, they are amazing.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Sellers beware, these agents are none too keen to arrange viewings. We tried to arrange a viewing for a house and were told that given ours isn't on the market yet we could not view. We're in a position to buy regardless so this made no sense. The house in question has been on the market for a long time and as far as we can tell has already had at least one price reductions. Bizarre attitude gatekeeping a property, that is clearly not easy to sell, like that. Or maybe that's why it's not selling! To add insult to injury they then added us to a mailing list for new developments. We never gave them permission to do this. After being inundated with unwanted emails and after FOUR requests to remove us, eventually they complied (the last request came with a threat to report them to the ICO for a GDPR breach). Maybe their focus is new build developments - bit of a pity for sellers who have signed some agency agreements with them! We won't bother looking at any homes being marketed by this "agency" (I use the term ironically).

Estate agent I will now always avoid. Unfortunately our experience was completely ruined by one estate agent not particularly the company. Never introduced his self (actually thought he was the owner of the house we were viewing) told us to just look around, when we asked questions about boiler, anything about the property he had absolutely no idea. I told him what the description was and that someone on the phone informed me about a local mine, when questioned he didn’t know. Much older gent who clearly doesn’t want to do the job anymore… Safe to say we will not be buying or selling with a house up with webbs

We’ve recently just sold a property with Daniel Hobbins and have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Daniel when visiting the property listened to us and what we needed and helped advise/execute that for us. The photos & property listing had the property sold within a few days. We then dealt with Keira on a weekly basis, who kept us updated throughout the rest of the process, chased up anything holding us up & helped point us in the right direction when I had no idea what I was doing. Aidan was a great estate agent, he went the extra mile on more than one occasion, working from the house whilst I surveyors came meaning I didn’t need to take time off and more importantly when things needed pushing through with solicitors etc he went the extra mile to get the deal done. He gave great advice when listing and when considering offers, I noticed that post sale he went out of his way to see that the buyers had settled on as well which is a lovely touch. Communication throughout, he was excellent and I cannot recommend highly enough.

What a brilliant experience we have had. Hannah and Marie listened to what we wanted and after our first visit we felt very comfortable with them. Donning ppe to meeting the site foreman enabled us to formulate our plan and pick a suitable plot. Truly awful company to do business with. Used them to try and sell our vacant house when we had moved a long way away. When viewings started being cancelled on the booking app we called for an explanation. Can you believe they had lost the house keys! They never called to tell us this, and dare they deny this as phone records proved it. When, where, how long for? They had no answer. They appear to have no key security system in the office. They just asked if we could get some more cut! We requested payment to cover replacement locks I had fitted by a neighbour at cost but all they offered was to get a couple of new keys cut. Not until we had exhausted their complaints system with the next stage going to the Ombudsman, they payed up, and quote " we dont want to waste any more time on the issue" Complaint still lodged with the ombudsman which I cant go into until investigated. Be warned, you sign up with them, you are locked in for 20 weeks unlike other agents where you are free to leave at any time. 20 weeks is a long time to have to stay with a shambles of an outfit. They talk the talk but wow, they are so poor. Total disregard for the the security of our property, losing keys and not changing locks invalidates most insurances. Went to another agent in Thirsk, world's apart in service.Truly awful, they are extremely obnoxious when you make a complaint, especially Andy in Thirsk and the owner Chris. As soon as theres a problem., they show their true colours. Avoid, theres so much better to choose from in Thirsk.

Communication very poor and at a snails pace at best. 24 hours for support to deal with a basic enquiry. Holding me to an exit fee for 18 months which will be challegend by our solicitors. Website is not performing correctly and Homeflow just inerested in hiding behind small print and charging monthly fees. Customer service i wish it could be zero instaed of a 1star.

Very poor experience dealing with this agency. I contacted them with a polite and professional enquiry about a vacant commercial unit. The reply from Jan Merriott was blunt, simply stating the property was under offer, with no greeting or proper engagement. I followed up to express that I’d still be interested if the current deal fell through, and his second reply was sarcastic and dismissive: “OK, I’ll let you know if it falls through.” Maybe he was having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse treating potential customers with such an arrogant and unprofessional attitude. That kind of reply really killed my mood, it left me feeling dismissed and disrespected for no reason. I expected much better from someone working in commercial real estate. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agency at all.

Rosy was very pushy when we expressed interest in the property, kept telling us to do everything asap asap asap. The property had an absolute nightmare neighbour who made it hell for us to live next door to, he always threatened us about telling the landlord to kick us out. We never knew what a nightmare neighbour was until we rented with Kings. They were very unsupportive throughout the tenancy. Brodie is particularly rude and patronising.
