GoogleHad to chase for 3 days to arrange a viewing on a property for sale ,always getting promised a call back after still receiving no update on the 4th day I have now given up and will not be chasing again . Shame someone may now lose out on a sale of there property .

GoogleWorst agency ever! I wanted to rent a house in Leeds and I had to call them 4 times per day in order to arrange a viewing and still didnβt they say they will call you back and they never do I wouldnβt recommend to anyone so disappointing

GoogleBeen over a year since we notified symonds and Sampson about our damp & mould. It's resulted in throwing away possessions, doctors & hospital trips with my 4 year old son even a GP letter to state my sons health us due to the damp β¦
