GoogleWe have recently completed the sale of a property using Colwills. We found them to be absolutely brilliant from beginning to end of the process. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market and how changes in the country are likely to impact it. They also have a dedicated person for sales progression, who keeps an eye on how the sale is progressing and deals with any issues as they come up. The whole team are both professional & friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would use them again and highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleColwills Estate Agency are the unique exception in my experience of estate agencies. I have had the privilege of speaking with the whole team in Bude at one time or another, and on each occasion have found them to be helpful, professional and knowledgable. Colwills have attained that rare balance of personal and professionalIsm and they achieve this with remarkable ease. My dealings were predominately in the letting department. Matthew and Holly are truly outstanding at their jobs and are always available to offer advise. Both Matthew and Holly are a true asset to the Bude office and I wish everyone at Colwills every success.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
