Not that I have had many problems but the team are always polite and friendly and resolutions to any problems are with immediate effect. GoogleI rented a property through Redrose Letting Agency 2 years ago. They are the best letting agency I ever came across. They are prompt in replying to emails and they resolve any maintenance issues fairly quickly. I have had a complete peace of mind since I have been their customer. I would recommend this letting agency to any one and every one.
