GoogleThe commencing of the tenancy was rushed and in practical terms we were not really ready to take the tenancy for another month, therefore our 6 months tenancy period came to an end before we had completed our purchase. GoogleMichele showed us round a property in June 2026. She was respectful and understanding and let us get on with looking. We had specific requirements such as showing us the loft, garage space and asking the vendor to put the heating on during summer, all this was done with ease and no judgement. The communication was very clear and professional and we ended up getting our offer accepted. We felt the valuation of the property was fair in the given market (June 2026).
