I met Rehan Dewji at the premises which looked as though it had quite a lot of renovations done but as soon as as he showed me into the hall and said it was upstairs I had to say no to it I cannot manage stairs anymore but it would be love for someone who could the hallway is quite wide and the stairs are wider than some I’ve seen I must thank Rehan for his time and hope he gets in touch with something more suitable in the LU3 area around Icknield way

Me and my partner have been renting a property for almost three years now . Where this company has gone through many restructures and people leaving the company . Where our property handover has not been handled properly. Where we wait months for response to emails contract renewals or communication between the landlord and ourselves. Which has been a struggle to find any answers, still waiting now for an investigation to be completed about their miss communication. However I will say one BIG mention to Tyron in their maintenance department. First occasion I was mis directed to his department about contract renewal, even though it wasn't his job he chased up all the emails sent to me and my partner and got through to the right person to talk to the landlord to resolve a matter . This all completed in the same day , yet the lettings department take weeks or even months or never respond. Ringing today for a specific maintenance problem with no hot water or heating for two days . He didn't hesitate and rang the contractor straight away to chase up why they haven't contact us . I remembered his voice and very thankful that it was him at the end of the phone knowing that the situation was being handled by a professional. Can not thank him enough for all his help while living in this property fulling well knowing this is not his job or his department to deal with half the issues we have had dealing with this estate agents.

There has been an ongoing problem with a roof leak in a flat I own in Luton that Tyron has been very helpful in trying to get resolved. Constantly sending emails to the management Co and copying me in as well as phone calls. The problem has not been fixed yet but should be soon, thanks to Tyron's proffesionalism. The stress doesn't start until you move in, I'd seriously think twice before using these again...and the stress continues after you've moved out!! Contacting us DAILY saying we owe rent for the coming month when our contract has already ended!! Absolute joke.

I am leaving 1 star because it doesn't not let me write anything if I don't but honestly this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have been renting this property since April 2019 and if I thought the previous letting company was bad well this one tops them all. After almost 7 years of rental I am moving out because I am leaving the country, I am a single woman that had to take care of removing everything from a flat a still trying so I leave the flat empty like I rented bare in mind I had a home so you can imagine the struggle. As a good tenant I notified the agency well in advance that I was leaving and letting them know that I would be flying out the same day so asked nicely if I could have a early check out on the day due to the circumstances well I don't know if any of you has dealt with this woman called Jessica Beer in the company clearly she should rent out her desk to someone that actually want to work, it has been a good 2 weeks since I notified the final date of me leaving and tried on at least 3 occasions to contact her by phone and still this woman hasn't had the decency to call me back. Yesterday I once again called and spoke to this lady Tammy which kept her promise to inform Jessica Beer and would call me back to let me know the outcome, she indeed called me back saying that Rebecca would call me back back 6pm yesterday, well people it's past 11am the following day and I am still waiting do I need this stress added to all the other I am having in this final moving, no I don't. It makes me wonder whether this so I leave the property without been checked so they can keep my deposit. So I will advise you never to deal with this company because nothing good comes of it nk matter how nice they are to get you into a contract.
