GoogleI've had a very smooth and pleasant experience with MK Property. Ibrar Miran was friendly, approachable and attentive from our initial meeting. The referencing and rental agreement process was the least stressful I've experienced. Great business was done here! I'm very happy but also pleasantly appreciative of his professionalism.

I am leaving 1 star because it doesn't not let me write anything if I don't but honestly this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have been renting this property since April 2019 and if I thought the previous letting company was bad well this one tops them all. After almost 7 years of rental I am moving out because I am leaving the country, I am a single woman that had to take care of removing everything from a flat a still trying so I leave the flat empty like I rented bare in mind I had a home so you can imagine the struggle. As a good tenant I notified the agency well in advance that I was leaving and letting them know that I would be flying out the same day so asked nicely if I could have a early check out on the day due to the circumstances well I don't know if any of you has dealt with this woman called Jessica Beer in the company clearly she should rent out her desk to someone that actually want to work, it has been a good 2 weeks since I notified the final date of me leaving and tried on at least 3 occasions to contact her by phone and still this woman hasn't had the decency to call me back. Yesterday I once again called and spoke to this lady Tammy which kept her promise to inform Jessica Beer and would call me back to let me know the outcome, she indeed called me back saying that Rebecca would call me back back 6pm yesterday, well people it's past 11am the following day and I am still waiting do I need this stress added to all the other I am having in this final moving, no I don't. It makes me wonder whether this so I leave the property without been checked so they can keep my deposit. So I will advise you never to deal with this company because nothing good comes of it nk matter how nice they are to get you into a contract. Tenant from Desborough Paula Guedes

She also offered hands on understanding our requirement and find out other possible properties. She has the skill of precise elaboration with minimum possible time. GoogleI am not a review person, but this time I will want to make an exemption and to leave one. I had a chance to meet two lovely ladies called Charley and Elise. I want to say a Big Big THANK YOU for them. They have been really nice, very informative about the properties and really helpful.Especially for me as my first language is not English,I felt really comfortable and the ladies was so friendly and kind to me.They did listen to me and from my explanation about the property I would like and would consider to purchase, the Charley offered me to view another property from one of the area that I wasn’t sure about it,but I thought okay I will give it a go.And OMG the house was lovely,so nice and clean,very well maintained ,the house looked exactly the way Charley described,I guess you can’t only judge the house by the area,it’s definitely worth it to go and see yourself first.Let me tell you ,she was right the house looked amazing,the neighbourhood looked quiet as well and other houses around was well maintained too.Not long after viewing a house I have made an offer,pretty much a few minutes later. Me and my children are so pleased and so greatfull that the offer was accepted,thanks to Charley and Elise for being so helpful.Also Charley made everything even more easier for me,she has already helped me to find a solicitor to sort the legal fees and all of the documentation, I didn’t need it to stress and look around for some quotation. They have both handled it everything so smooth.Now I just need to sit ,wait and relax :) thank you so much,really appreciate guys xx

I’ve seen firsthand how this agency and the property owner neglected a loyal tenant who paid rent faithfully for years. The property fell into serious disrepair, and every request for help was met with excuses and disregard. The disrepair and indifference were appalling, and their blatant failure to honour the tenancy agreement speaks volumes about their lack of integrity. No tenant deserves to be treated this way. Sadly, this experience showed me how little the company values its tenants. Please think twice before renting through them, no one deserves to go through what my friend did.

GoogleThe Team at MK Property are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Taleaha and Grace have been fantastic. As a property investor and landlord, it is very important to me that all the important tasks are chased up and reported back on, so that I am not constantly wondering whether or not it has been sorted out, or waiting for replies. Taleaha was very helpful with a recent tenant checkout, with good planning and prompt replies back. Grace is doing a great job of ensuring that all the gas safety certificate checks are being done on time. Thank you for your help & keep up the good work Ladies!

GoogleThis agency is truly exceptional. The level of communication and the overall experience they provide make you feel like you've found the perfect place. Our encounter with Mrs. Lauren was delightful; she was not only very friendly but also excelled in her communication and the presentation of the house. Every question we had was promptly answered. Lauren possesses a keen understanding of how to cater to customers' needs. Mr. William was incredibly helpful and patient, displaying a thorough knowledge of what needed to be done. GoogleWe rented our flat with Inspired Bletchley, now closed down. They changed their name to MK Property and moved to Newport Pagnell. They were absolutely the most useless, unhelpful, unprofessional and lazy letting agency. The main person we had to deal with was Rebecca B., the most ignorant unhelpful person there. She would never answer a call or return a call, never reply to email, always out of office when you call. Unfortunately it took 6 months to get our deposit back from a tenant due to Rebecca and her incompetence. Never ever use this letting agency, only unless you want to do everything yourself, because that`s what you will end up doing. We totally unrecommended this useless letting agency. It should be called uninspired, mainly due to incompetent lazy Rebecca.

This is the worst agency I every came across. The entire management is totally unprofessional and unethical and refuses to meet in person or on call. Take months to reply back on emails. Rebecca Beer was our property manager. Till this date, I'm struggling to get my deposit back even after 2 months since I left the property. I've been charged hefity amount for some of the repair works which were broken even before I moved into the property. (Same thing happened with previous tenants as well). Don't fall into their trap as they don't care about their tenants, just look out for any other agency in MK but this. I've already raised a compaint with MK council to take strict actions against them & raised a dispute with DPS to get back my Deposit.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
