Avoid with all cost!

Rented an apartment they told me it was deep cleaned before handing over the keys and everything would be fixed etc nothing was cleaned blood on walls mould in all rooms had a faulty/leaky boiler very slack on emails no communication in there office also they was very rude over the phone we never moved into the property due to all the damages and mould etc I was willing to give up my first months rent and for them to send me back the deposit but they refused to send anything back I would highly do not recommend this company/agancey to rent/buy a property from they are useless and slack

"Avoid Hunters Property Management

"Avoid Hunters Property Management, Inefficient, Rude, and Unprofessional"My experience with Hunters Property Management has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. They have consistently demonstrated poor service, inefficiency, and a dismissive attitude towards tenant concerns.Ineffective Issue Resolution: Hunters fails to handle even basic maintenance issues. For example, a heating issue during winter was passed to the landlord without any attempt to troubleshoot. I had to step in and take personal risks to resolve the problem myself, only to discover it was a simple battery replacement. Their inability to perform even basic triage highlights their lack of professionalism and problem-solving capabilities.Creating Gaps Between Tenants and Landlords: Instead of acting as a competent mediator, Hunters merely relays messages between tenants and landlords, causing delays and unnecessary misunderstandings. This approach has damaged the relationship between myself and the landlord, as the agency often fails to communicate effectively or accurately.Rude and Dismissive Behavior: The staff frequently respond to concerns with a dismissive tone, making tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Their arrogant demeanor gives the impression that addressing tenant concerns is a favor rather than their responsibility.Neglecting Tenant Safety and Comfort: Health and safety issues, such as rat infestations and malfunctioning alarms, were not addressed promptly, despite the serious risks they posed. The lack of urgency in handling these matters has caused significant stress and discomfort for my family.Minimal Value Added: Hunters operates more like a messenger than a property management service. They fail to provide meaningful solutions and seem content to pass the burden of responsibility onto others, leaving tenants to fend for themselves.Overall, Hunters Property Management has proven to be unprofessional, inefficient, and dismissive. I would highly recommend Hunters Amersham for house purchase/selling in Amersham. We just completed a purchase and they were very supportive throughout the journey from viewings ~ Completion and also post completion. Hunters have been great from the start to the end of our sale. From the first meeting with Niral we were impressed with his professionalism and the level of his preparations (he had done his homework and knew about our extension etc). He was able to articulate clearly what the best sales strategy would be and was able to back it up with evidence. A brilliant first impression. Nikki was amazing during the viewings, and they were both always super responsive whenever we needed to get hold of one of them. They gave us loads of help along the way, too much to mention but one example is...toward the end we had a problem with the property we were buying (Hunters weren't involved in the purchase as it was in a different part of the country) and Niral took the time (after hours) to act as a sounding board, and gave us his view and his advice, which was a massive help in us resolving the problem. My purchase took a long time being probate and the team was always responsive to my queries and kept me informed. I have bought properties through other estate agents in the past, all were not this responsive in my experience. Hunters, Amersham is a very different estate agency. What attracted me to Hunters when selling my home was Niral Batavia’s fair and ethical approach. He and his team present as caring and considerate. Their photographer Jonathan took beautiful photos and a video. The brochure was attractive and well laid out. Hunters worked very hard to reach the widest possible market for my home and took time to make sure the viewings were well managed and effective. I was kept informed about every appointment arranged, cancellations (unfortunately they do happen) and feedback. Niral’s approach to pricing is realistic and sensible. I always felt that Niral had my best interests at heart. He has a strong moral compass and that is a really important, indeed essential, quality in an estate agent. I have no hesitation in recommending Niral, Nikki and Urvi from Hunters, Amersham. They made me feel as if they cared as much about my home as I do. That made all the difference.

lettings fees are very high

For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.
