GoogleI purchased my first property from HKL and the staff at Farnham Common were really helpful. Tania and Chris were very supportive and I would like to thank them so much for their work. In particular Tania went over and above to help me. I would highly recommend their service.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with another estate agent we moved our rental property to Jenny Hall at HKL 6 months ago. We couldn't be happier, Jenny found us the best tenants and is on top of everything. She responds promptly to emails and calls and even called on her day off to keep me informed. We've now given her another instruction and know that she will do an amazing job with that property too. She's a a credit to HKL!

GoogleVery poor and unprofessional service. Me and my husband sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls in regards to a property we were interested in viewing in high wycombe through the Farnham Common branch, lettings department by Jenny Hall! No further communication. Lack of professionalism and etiquettes, i have furthered the complaints to a director who has seemingly done nothing. We will no longer be recomming HKL for further friends and family. Very unprofessional company!

Over the phone we kept being told we will be contacted asap, today or tomorrow. Had absolutely no communication back from them. Definitely will not be contacting them again or recommending them!!

GoogleHilton King and Locke have been amazing with my journey of buying a new home. The staff were great and very supportive during this stressful journey of buying a new home. They always went out of their way to ensure everything was completed on time and there was no delay. The level of communication was excellent with regards to chasing up for the information from the sellers solicitor when needed and providing an up to date information for peace of mind to me as a buyer. They ensured everything was track. Problem to every solution :) As a buyer I highly recommend Hilton King and Locke, Farnham Common.

GoogleAVOID!!!!! This letting agent entered our property without permission to conduct a viewing whilst my partner who was teaching children over zoom during the pandemic was online. This caused us extreme stress and endangered her key worker status. They were absent and negligent through the entire letting process and were only interested in anything when it was connected to their commission. Totally unprofessional and rude.NegativeProfessionalism

Chris Wood did an amazing job keeping me up to date throughout the process. He guided me through every stage, making it simple to understand, and always gave me an honest opinion. GoogleI'm very pleased with the service HKL provided during my home purchase process all the way from viewing to completion! Even though the journey had it's ups and downs due to external factors, HKL kept me in the loop throughout and were always available when i needed them. Their staff are extremely friendly and are always just a phone call away. I would highly recommend their services.
