Thank your taking the time to leave this review. I think it is important that we provide some context as a one star review without explanation does not fully explain what happened. I note that your partner (Roxana Savulea) also left a one star review yesterday and so this reply covers both reviews. You both viewed a property with us and applied to rent it, completing the referencing process satisfactorily. The Landlord of the property subsequently changed their mind and decided they did not want to proceed with renting the property and provided a reason for their decision. I appreciate this was very frustrating to you and no doubt caused you a great deal of inconvenience, for which we can only apologise. However the decision was outside of our control; it is ultimately the Landlord(s) of the property that can decide who they wish to rent to. In such a situation it falls to us to be the bearer of the bad news. One of our team members, Nathan worked hard to find you an alternative property and continues to do so. This is despite the fact that you booked a viewing under a false name on the same property the Landlord had advised you he did not want to rent to you. We have continued our efforts to find you alternative accommodation at the time of writing this reply.
