We had a great experience with Okan from Connells Estate Agents. From start to finish, he was really helpful and understood our situation. He supported us throughout the whole process of selling our house and always made sure we felt informed and reassured. He kept in regular contact with our buyers and made sure we were kept up to date at every stage. What stood out most was how well he communicated with multiple estate agents involved in the chain. He worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving and make sure the sale went through smoothly. His effort and communication made a big difference during what can be a stressful time. Dealing with Connells during our moving process was probably the best decision we made. They were so helpful, very quick with their replies through email and calls and just gave outstanding customer service. Dylan was absolutely amazing with everything he helped us with and even after we moved and had a slight hiccup with something he was fast to reply and managed to get it sorted within a day and saved me a lot of time! I couldn’t recommend them enough and if we move again we will definitely be sticking with Connells! Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

Having been approached by the Lettings Manager, Leanne Morris, I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of the local lettings market and the ever changing regulations. She is approachable, open, transparent and responsive, resulting in her and the team finding a suitable tenant for my rental property quickly and efficiently. I also met with the Branch Manager, Samantha Nieya and she was equally professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Based on my experience I would recommend Connells for both selling and renting properties.

Connells by name Con Men by nature. Anyone choosing Connells to sell a property or buying a property through Connells, please be aware!! These Estate Agents will be nice to you while negotiations are happening, but once a property is sold, they are not interested. They are extremely mercenary!! It was my misfortune to buy a property through them. They misled me, lied continuously and they were simply rude and nasty!! They pretended to be nice before I bought the property, once the sale was confirmed, they simply were not interested in any issues with the property. They lied about the number of keys to my property and I strongly suspect they are still holding one of my keys. Also please be very careful if you are of an ethnic background, because one of their staff, Chase Caswell, I believe is a racist!! I am Asian man and the way he dealt with me was absolutely disgraceful. I know prejudice when I am confronted with it. Avoid this Estate Agent if you want to be treated fairly and with respect!!
