I have had a great experience at buying me new first home

I have had a great experience dealing with Chancellors, Aysha and her team, were always quick in returning any information that I requested about the property that I was buying and kept me in loop if there were any delays involving with the vendors. Once offer had been accepted they were on the ball and making it as smooth as smooth as possible between myself and all parties involved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! We had an amazing experience selling our home with Richard Kindred. From the very first meeting, Richard’s enthusiasm and confidence in our property stood out. We’d had three estate agents come to value our home, and Richard’s valuation came in £50,000 higher than the others. When he said, “Trust me, trust my valuation,” we decided to take his word for it, and we’re so glad we did! Our house went on the market and within just 11 days it was sold, very close to the asking price, to the first couple who viewed it. They loved it so much they came back for a second viewing and put in their offer straight after. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and surprisingly quick, all thanks to Richard’s hard work and expertise. I know there are mixed reviews out there about estate agencies, but after meeting Richard, we instantly knew he was the right person for us. Landlord's perspective - terrible

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.

Nick was brilliant - he was always communicative and clear with what was happening, our chances of securing the property and the next steps. Most of all, I felt he was an ally for us in getting the house we wanted, and was willing to go the extra mile and make it personal, so that we could make it over the finish line. And it all worked out! Chancellors also clearly have a big team behind them working to make things happen, and that also really made a difference in the efficiency and ability to 'seal the deal'.
