We had a fantastic experience with this estate agency and couldn’t recommend them more highly. They helped us find a buyer for our property in just two weeks, which was incredible. Selling with a chain is always stressful, but Tom and Anita were absolutely great throughout the whole process. Excellent service from Brown and Merry with selling our house. Tom and Evie came to give the valuation and we were very impressed with their knowledge and efficiency. It’s a non-standard construction house and so no mortgages available and only cash buyers can buy however an open day was arranged within the first few weeks and we had multiple viewings. Anita and Tom kept us well informed about the viewings and then the offers, only giving us the ones where the buyer actually had the cash to buy. Tom then discussed with us the options which was very helpful and we sold and completed within two months. Thank you very much for an excellent result in selling the house and we are very satisfied with the customer service.

Couldn't have made a better choice when I walked into the Chesham branch. Thomas was instantly reassuring, and put my mind at ease from day 1. They not only made the whole process an easy and smooth one, but sold my property within days of listing it. The purchasers hadn't got there house listed, so Thomas was instructed by them, and within a week had there home listed, and within 2 days had a firm offer! The rest is history as they say. Brown and Merry are the Best estate agents in Chesham. They guided us to find our perfect home at a new town. Had no idea where to start but both Lucy and Shoaib helped to view all the available houses in the market.
