GoogleFrom the very beginning, I felt that Open Doors took the time to help me through the letting process. As this was my first time renting, Lizzie kindly welcomed me in without an appointment and helpfully explained everything I needed to know. She was always available throughout the proceedings, both emailing and phoning me with any updates. To me, securing my first tenancy was, personally, of significant importance, and Lizzie went out of her way to ensure I was successful. I consider myself very fortunate that Open Doors was the first Lettings Agent my vagous feet took me to on that fateful morning.

GoogleHaving used a smaller agent for 8 years, and having to move last year due to a landlord selling, I had been nervous about using another different agent after using a large, well known one for the last 12 months and it has been a nightmare from start to finish but Open Doors, particularly Libby have completely changed this. Communication was excellent, they were completely transparent throughout the whole process and have made the whole process so much easier than what I have been experiencing for the last year. Libby was friendly, professional and patient. She was quick to respond to any queries I had and put my mind at ease instantly. Would highly recommend as an alternative to these larger companies who treat you as a number. As a result I have a lovely little cottage, in a lovely little village and I couldn't be happier.
