The Trusted AgentHaving used Ella for my rental property over the past three years, I knew I could expect a professional and efficient service when it came to selling my current property. The valuation was very professional and they gave me a full breakdown of my local area and what I could expect to achieve. Being a new build home, I had thought it would take a few months to sell, but within no time, we had accepted an offer and were planning our next purchase. I was confident with my purchaser thanks to the thorough financial checking process Ella adopt, and also their regular updates via email through to exchange. So all in all, a great service and I would only use Ella in the future.
