GoogleMe and my partner recently bought our first home together through CP Walker, and we couldn't have hoped for a more helpful service. They were always quick to respond to our queries (of which, as first-time buyers, there were many!) and equally quick to let us know when things progressed or they required anything from ourselves. Whilst I can't attest to the experience of the seller, from a buyer's perspective, they were everything you could want from a helpful estate agent.

GoogleI am very displeased with this agency. The failed to provide plenty of information from the very start and gave misinformation when I asked for guidance. They took half of my deposit without informing me of reason why. When I asked it was due to a mistake they made but they refuse to take responsibility or acknowledge the unbalanced relationship between a tenant and an agency. I warn both tenants and land lords/ladies not to trust them to look after your best interests. In my experience they were unethical, unprofessional and greedy.

GoogleI used C P Walker & Son to let out and eventually sell my property after being recommended them by a friend. I believe his recommendation was "there are cheaper letting agents out there but if you want someone solid, C P Walker are a great choice" and he was right. They took care of numerous issues with the property during the 5 years they managed it for me with very little interaction needed from myself. Then when my tenants moved on and I decided I wanted to sell the property the transition from the letting to sales teams was seamless. The sales team did an excellent job both with getting the house ready for market and securing the sale.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible for students. They have at no point taken care of any of the responsibilities that they said they would take care of. Having said they would take the gas readings, they did not at any point resulting in us getting huge bills through the post. The previous tennants are still getting bills to our address as they failed to update any of the companies the are supposed to liaise with. Most of the staff were unpleasant and resented doing their jobs and were actively rude to us. Dispite us having agreed to extend our contract, they repeatedly put the house back on the market.

GoogleWe can not rate CP Walker highly enough. We have just sold our house through them and have been so impressed by the service we have received from Mark and Amber. They have been so helpful and thorough throughout the whole process. They were in constant communication with us and were always easy to get hold of. We had numerous complications and they went over and above to ensure that any issues were resolved.
