Never sell a house with these jokers nothing but bad experience they don't know what they are doing and before they accept offers they ask to see in your bank accounts. Not to mention they mess you around about who's offering what on houses just to get the house price up. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The experience started well with an enthusiastic valuer and valuation along with promises of open days, active marketing etc. Sadly matters deteriorated when the sale was handed over to the sales / marketing team.

GoogleExtremely poor service tried to view 2 properties and on both occasions I was informed that they had been sold but they were both on the market a number of weeks later. I believe that they try and keep properties back for there own clients to garentee a double commission.

GoogleExcellent customer service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly staff starting with Matt’s first visit for the valuation and carried on throughout the sale by everyone in the team. Thank you all for your help. I would certainly recommend this office following my experience.
