GoogleOlivia and the team at Verdala were exceptional in dealing with all aspects of the marketing and sale of our home. With the generation of in excess of forty viewings and an accepted sale offer all within a week, well over the asking/valuation, we were truly astounded. A pleasurable experience which is hard to say when dealing with the stresses of moving home. We could not recommend the Verdala team more.

GoogleReceived a hand delivered note from this company bring to my attention my house was no longer on view on a selling website and if I was not happy with my current agent they were happy to market my property. After further investigation I found out that another agent had submitted a complaint and this is why my listing had been removed. All sounds very fishy to me why would another agent monitor another agents listing, send a hand delivered note to their customers and then by coincidence their listing are removed from a website. Not the way to conduct your business, demonstrates lack of professionalism!
Hello Nicola, As highlighted in the letter you received, your estate agent was removed from Rightmove. Numerous property advertisements, including your own, had been invisible on the portal for a number of days prior to our letter. Rightmove is an international PLC and we have no impact or influence on any decision relating to this portal, or the removal of any advertisement. There has been an assumption that Verdala had an impact on your property advertisement - this is not the case. Our team found the removal of advertisements alarming, thus wished to offer an olive branch of help for your listing if you felt that this lack of exposure was also a cause for concern. We have helped a number of clients who were unhappy with their current agency revitalise their marketing strategies. As pro-active estate agents, of course we monitor other agents listings. Our team maintain a focused eye on the market with daily checks in order to inform our sellers of changes to the market and provide up-to-date advice on their own sale. In particular, Jamie whom I had most dealings with was very responsive and reliable and kept me up to date after every viewing. GoogleExtremely disappointed with this estate agency. Will certainly not be using them either to buy or sell and would give this advice to others. Twice we have had viewings for property and twice we have received telephone calls shortly prior to viewing to advise viewing has been cancelled as property has be sold?? Very frustrating and unprofessional way of operating as an estate agents. Would advise potential sellers stay well clear of this “business” Harry Gould

The team at Verdala handled every part of our sale with attention to detail, professionalism and some creative flare to make our property stand out to the right buyers. From our initial discussions, to the professional photography, social media marketing posts, promoting on websites, and handling our viewings and closing our sale, the team were with us every step of the way. While we have no plans to move ever again, but if we did, we would only call Verdala. So if you’re looking for a company that gives you the 5 star treatment, give them a call.
