GoogleExtremely disappointed with what looked to be a professional outfit. I called and left a message on their answer machine which claimed my call was important to them and that they were engaged on other calls but someone would call me back as soon as possible, Two hours later I went into their office as I hadn’t received a reply! Considering there are seven members of staff, I think this was poor.
The agent in the shop said she had been out. I explained I was only in Broughty Ferry for the day and would like to view a house they were selling. I was then treated like a leper when I advised I had a property to sell. She took my details and said she would call me back. I’m still waiting the following day.
If this company was professional they would have shown me the courtesy of calling me back to inform me that it wasn’t possible for that particular day,
I very much doubt the sellers were even informed.

GoogleAppalling customer service. I absolutely do NOT recommend this agency or the incompetent staff that they employ. In particular Ashley, did not respond to my request to view a property, despite being promised a call back. 27 Clepington road Dundee should the owner be interested that they lost a potential buyer. The eventual response I got was as follows:
Apologies it wasn't very clear for you to hear (I received a call back, voicemail after numerous emails and phone calls 3 days later where someone else was speaking in the background and I could hardly understand a word)At the moment, the clients have accepted an offer on the property therefore there are no further viewings going ahead at this time. The offer that they received was very good, and they decided to move quickly on this due to their own circumstances. Is Ashley really financially shaming me by informing me that the offer that they received was very good!! Seriously, this agency needs to invest in people skills. Shame on you Ashley.

It was extremely difficult to schedule a viewing, and when I finally managed to schedule one for a property I was interested in, I was given the wrong date. When I tried to correct the error, I was informed that there were no more viewing times available, even though the property was still listed as available. The process has been frustrating and poorly managed.

My experience with Verdala started off frustrating. It was difficult to arrange a viewing, and I was given the wrong date when I finally managed to do so. However, after I posted my review here, the manager contacted me personally, quickly arranged a new viewing, and handled things much more efficiently from then on.
I ended up making an offer and successfully secured the property. It was great that Verdala took my feedback seriously and got things back on track.

I phoned to arrange a viewing for a property that had just gone on the market. Were told that the sellers were on holiday and will not be doing any viewings until a week on Tuesday so we booked a viewing for then.
In the meantime we wanted to look at the house and the area. Driving by, we saw that the sellers were home and thought it very weird that they aren't doing any viewings despite putting their house on the market. My partner decided to call Verdala and went to arrange a viewing as a different client. This time she was told that they are short staffed and can't arrange any viewings at the moment.
Low and behold a few days before our viewing was due to take place I was phoned by verdala to be told that the property had been sold after a viewing.
Something very fishy, amateurish, shoddy and underhand bout this company. The lady Ashley I talked to clearly lied about the sellers being on holiday. If I was a seller I'd be very angry that Verdala were discouraging interested buyers.
