I feel that I need to respond to your review.
The Landlord instructs an Agent to manage their property . In the situation where rental payments are late on a regular basis, we are obliged to contact Tenants to make arrangements for payment or see if there is a reason that payment hasn't been made. When we have no response or contact from the tenant, we then assume that this may be due to financial difficulties and in this situation we speak to the Landlord to try and negotiate a solution and in some case this means offering to " release" ( not remove) the tenant from the contract. For some Tenants that have financial difficulties and can't see a way forward, this helps to reduce their worries.
I am sorry if you have misunderstood the suggestion because we certainly didn't suggest anyone would be "removed from the property", it was to be released from the tenancy , if required.
