GoogleI booked a viewing with them and got no Email or text confirmation with any details, so i called on the day 3 hours before to confirm myself and they said someone would be outside waiting for me. I left work in coventry drove to Birmingham only to find no one was there and no called me to let me know whats happening and the office phones on voicemail, left me waiting in the rain. I am sorry that you feel the need to complain because at Michelle& Co, we pride our self in how we conduct viewings. I did think you that the viewing was a “no show” because as I explained, when we spoke the day after the viewing, I was waiting in the communal entrance hall of the flats. You told me that you were in your car, but the car park is quite big with people coming and going and I would not have known that you had arrived. Like the other people that viewed the property, I would have thought that you would have come to the flat and pressed the entrance buzzer, where you would have seen me waiting. I did offer to arrange another viewing and give you my mobile number in order that this didn’t happen again. The viewing was scheduled out of office hours and I waited there for nearly 30 minutes after the allotted time. We would be delighted to assist you in the future.

They really helped my sale and purchase go through by helping to call all solicitors each week and following up actions every time. I have never experienced an estate agent that goes the extra mile like they did. At the start the team worked hard to get our property on the market in line with our needs and arranged photos and EPC at short notice. Hannah managed our sale throughout and was a great support, spending so much time chasing and providing updates. It would have been so much more stressful without that support and we didn't feel alone throughout. Thanks to all involved at Michelle & Co. I would highly recommend them.
