Shaya was able to organise and attend each viewing, unlike other agents, he knew all the details about the property and gave the viewing all the time. All too often we get told "first time I've been here" and "I've only got 10 mins" when viewing houses with other agents, but not the case here.
The price was very competitive and being able to talk to Hannah was so refreshing in a world of "classic estate agents".

GoogleWe are so disappointed form the unprofessional experience with this company. We wanted to rent an apartment which we liked on the day of the viewing. We were told that it is given on first come first serve basis. We filled the required documents and sent money on the day of the viewing. The next day the agent said that she is busy and can not speak to us. After a while she called and said that the apartment will be given to other people and that she did not see our email from the previous day and the landlord decided to proceed with other people. Overall she kept us waiting the whole day in order to close the deal with other people. But she said that she is sorry and will return our money. Hi . With regards to your application , your partner advised me that he loved the property but needed to move before the property was available. I had an interested other party and the dates suited coincided when the property was empty, so the landlord chose that person. In the meantime, your partner paid the holding deposit without me confirming anything, so I am afraid that I am returning this fee. I am sorry but I think this review from you was bad because you weren't successful.

GoogleWow! You hear about all of these stories where Estate Agents only care about the seller and not the buyer... but my god, Michelle & Co couldn't be further from that!
We were so fortunate that we had Hannah as our point of contact for the purchase. She is the reason why we were able to complete in 5 WEEKS! Her tenacity, her desire to always do right by you, and how personable she made the process was amazing. Hannah, you have made buying our first house such a memorable experience.
When Shaya showed us around the property, he was knowledgeable, informative, and at no point did we feel rushed to look around. He gave us the space and time we needed to make such a big decision of buying our first house. We were then not pressured to make a decision there and then and told we could have a few days to think. We rang back in an hour, but being given that option really took the stress out of it.
Yes, most of our dealings were with Hannah, however we have also been fortunate to deal with other members of the team who have also been so friendly and amazing!
