GoogleVendor accepted the offer for a property, but this agency keeps selling it. Agent calls a week later to say that it has been sold to someone else for more money. Very professional! My advice to all buyers to put terms with the offer to take the property of the market if the offer is accepted.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Robinson Jackson and have to say they helped make the whole experience very positive, as buying or selling property can be quite stressful. Everyone was helpful and friendly throughout, promptly answered any queries I had and always kept me updated. If you are thinking of buying/selling in the area I definitely recommend them.

Very poor . I have deal with an agent called Linna . We has sent back all the information she requested to put down an offer . Then no response at all ! We are much appreciated if they can just let us know the property is gone instead of wasting our time to wait and chase. Unprofessional!

GoogleExcellent service from Robinson /Jackson, meeting Rob at the start of sale, he was very kind to my elderly Mum putting her mind at ease, finding a buyer straight away and through the progression of sale, with Sharon, Susan, John, Tracy and Katy, everything was chased up immediately. Will definitely recommend.

Sittingbourne branch I can't recommend enough. good honest and no hard selling. When our house sale fell through a week before moving, there was support and advice in moving forward. Sam the branch manager is the go to man for questions and worries. Top man!

Made an offer on a house and agreed the sale via Robinson Jackson and they went dead for a week before telling us a property developer who had “seen the property before” made a substantially bigger offer and basically said tough luck bye! No way do we believe they didn’t show the house after an agreed sale.

Am utterly sick of these deceitful people.Accepted an offer as told buyers had a mortgage offer. Months later they still have no offer and am in limbo. Every contact brings a reply from them that is always falsely optimistic. Wish I had never gone there.Still, guess what I am saying is “acted as one would expect for estate agents”

GoogleThis company give's estate agents a bad name!! Why i found out properties they said they had sold was total lie!! I would avoid them at all cost's because i hate companies and individuals that will miss lead u and tell u what u want hear just so they profit from u!!!! Avoid at all cost's!!!!

GoogleReally Scummy company Twice we have had offers accepted on properties to only have Robinson Jackson inform us they have got a higher offer! Both cases were well after Memorandum of sale have been written up and Solicitor instructed Agents like this are the reason why Estate agents are hated!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI travelled all the way for a viewing only to find it had been cancelled. Dissapointing and unprofessional. Fair enough they tried to call to tell me but I had very bad signal and that call didn't get through to me. Didnt try hard enough to let me know about cancellation.NegativeProfessionalism
