I’ve had a mostly positive experience with Trustpilot. Their email support is responsive and helpful, and the platform itself is easy to use. The only downside is that I’ve noticed people scraping my email and trying to solicit me, which is frustrating. I’m not sure that’s Trustpilot’s fault, but it does take away from the overall experience. For that reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

CRG decorators we’re amazing. They transformed my whole house in 2 weeks from top to bottom. Everything was stripped back and prepped properly. The finishing touches were perfect. The attention to detail by both Curtis and his father were second to none. Nothing was too much for them, always went the extra mile and they had a bereavement in their own family but yet still they manage to not be distracted and to continued on. Even though the work was completed in December last year, I still remember their professionalism, the sense of ease and patience they gave especially for my older mother with her mobility issues. Thank you for turning a house into a home for my mother. I’ve recommended you to others already but I know who I will reach out to when I need your services again

YellCRG Decorators. Exterior walls prepared and painted.
Curtis and Mark arrived on time everyday. Both were polite and carried out the work diligently and to a high standard. Kept me informed whilst work being carried out, as extra painting was needed to get walls to a standard they were happy with. Indicating they cared about what they were doing and wanted to do a job they and I would be happy with. Kept me informed prior to the job on when they would be able to do it etc. A lost service to many companies these days. Two nice blokes I would have no hesitation in employing again.
