Every time I flag a poor review that is clearly not about our business I receive the same automated 'decision' leaving the post active. Trustpilot should be ashamed of themselves.

Started checking company pages on here before buying anything online. Scam Scammer Fraud Thief Fraudulent Fake company tags pop up on a few listings which actually helps you spot the dodgy ones faster. Some reviews are over the top but overall it still makes deciding a bit easier.
