GoogleMark has been extremely helpful. I have recently had a very bad experience with a local letting agency. Mark went above and beyond to help me to deal with issues from my last tenants and helped me to get new tenants into the property as quickly as possible.He is very good at communicating everything to me and will answer any concerns I have in a reassuring manner. He calls me after each viewing to let me know how they went. He is very trustworthy too and has always been reliable throughout my journey. I’m so grateful to Mark for all his help! GoogleMark not only found us our wonderful new flat, but got us out of a difficult and unpleasant situation with our previous landlord. He stepped in to communicate with them on our behalf, kept us up to date, answered all our questions, even responding outside of office hours, and made everything about this potentially really stressful process far easier, quicker, and smoother than we ever expected it could be during a pandemic. GoogleMark was recommended to us by multiple sources and we appointed Mark to help sell our property after being on the market for four months with a large, well known estate agent in the area (SE4). My main issue with the previous agent was lack of continuity with viewings and lack of communication / feedback. Mark came round and straight away suggested a few quick fixes that would visually impact potential buyers (crack in window frame / new shower seal etc). He was clear in the sort of buyer he thought we should be targeting and suggested the way he thought best to generate interest and momentum. He was always communicative with regard to viewings, flexible to our availability and best of all gave an immediate sense of how the viewing went. We didn’t have to wait days for him to officially hear back from the viewer, he would message straight after with his thoughts and feeling on how the viewing went. This resulted in us having three offers on our property after little more than two months. The first unfortunately fell through but Mark was with us every step of the way, immediately re listing and contacting anyone who had shown an interest and getting them straight in for further viewings. We were back under offer within the week. We were on a fairly tight timescale with our completion deadline and luckily could trust Mark to work hard to progress the sale and get us to exchange to meet that timeline. If you’re thinking of selling in the area and your priorities are responsiveness, communication, continuity and perseverance then you can’t go wrong with Mark!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleMy partner and I just purchased our first home and Mark was the agent for the sellers. He was part of the reason we felt so confident putting in an offer. Knowing we'd be working with him over the next few months on the purchase was very reassuring. He kept us up to date every step of the way and was always helpful answering questions or passing information onto the sellers for us. If we ever sell this home, I'll definitely use him as our agent!
