GoogleWe have ongoing powercuts, we have not changed one appliance since being in this property, we called on 5 occasions to try and get this ressolved, the last time we called we got charged by currian and pinner a callout fee because when the engineer arrived he couldn't find a fault and the power was back up and running. This morning we have again had a powercut but we don't want to call because they will charge us again! Rude and ignorant, poorly managed
