Who ever gave this estate agent a review of more than 1 star must be employed by them. Possibly the worst agents i've ever had the displeasure off working with. I mage the mistake of listing my flat in caterham with them at the price they had valued it at. In 4 months they have managed to show the flat only once. this is a new build 2 bed bath separate kitchen top floor flat. I know the market is slow but they has been no effort from them to call me to explain the low viewings or a new marketing approach. when I asked their "senior" marketing manager about the low viewing, there was no explanation instead she promised she;d ask "the girls in the office to take an hour out their day" on two separate days to help get viewings!!! I was surprised that this was not the norm but rather a special favour!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS go with purplebricks or anyone else but these agent. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL

From the moment I started my search with Kian in the Reigate branch he never dropped the ball once. Always checking in with my status and giving me lots of options to view. He was attentive to my search criteria and often persuading me to consider alternative options. Unfortunately I have found my property before it went to market and no longer require Kian's help. Out of all the agents I was listed with, he was the only one to call me regularly and I actually felt like I had someone helping me navigate what is a very busy and stressful market. From start to finish the experience was very up and down.At first they were very helpful but there were a few things we were not happy with. Some individual staff members were very pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. Viewings would be booked in for us for houses that we made it very clear we did not want to view.We were also very disgusted and upset in the fact a letter was sent out to many houses in our neighbourhood without our knowledge or consent. This letter included our Christian names along with our budget and the area we wanted to live. We felt this really invaded our privacy with information that should never be released especially without our consent. If it wasn’t for family friend that received this letter we would not have even known it had been sent out.On the other hand our sales progressor was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. He always kept us updated and and we really trusted his opinion and judgement.

Never sell your property with southwater branch cubbit west. I had a good relationship with them up until now I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should let others know the true story about them. They are a waist of time. We have been with c and w for over 100days and never got an offer Since they haven't been able to sale our property we decided to go with another agent. My husband tried calling several times to speak with a branch manager called Leanne regarding terminating the contract. Every time we call we get a lying answer, she will call back. Its been 3days she hasn't called yet. Very unprofessional never expected such type of service.

We were disappointed with the customer service provided. After a great sales pitch we decided to put our house on the market with Cubbitt and West Portsmouth but wish we hadn’t bothered as they always rushed appointments with us, were late for appointments with viewers (and forgot our keys on one occasion) and just kept insisting we lowered the asking price every 10-14 days. We took the decision to take it off the market after our 12 week contract and go with another agent - they sold it in the first week for the full asking price!

Talk about hard sell. I viewed one property with them (which wasn’t suitable) and they haven’t left me alone since. Constantly texting, phoning and emailing different places - which I am already aware of as I’m sure anybody who is house hunting is. I explained I would contact them if I wanted their assistance but in the end I had to block them. It genuinely put me off even considering one of their listings.I understand they are taught to sell but back off if someone isn’t responding.

Absolutely terrible experience with Chichester branch. My clear instructions were ignored. I had to do certain viewings because they couldn’t be bothered to attend. Most viewers were either window shopping time wasters, chancers looking to get a house for way below market value or buy to let chancers who didn’t want to pay my asking price. When you give clear instructions to an agent and they don’t listen, you end up with wrong types of viewers. I won’t be listing my property with cubits Chichester again, I were you I’d avoid as well
