GoogleVery happy to have found these guys. The pictures they took were very professional. I was dealing with both Ellie and Amelia, both girls were extremely friendly, bubbly and helpful. GoogleDecided to move my two rental properties over to them to manage nine months ago after reading some good reviews. While they talk a good talk they are so unreliable. You always have to chase them to transfer the rent, provide monthly rental statements, conduct property inspections and return your emails/calls. While I did raise these issues with them a few times their promises to improve hasn't happened and I'm now in the process of moving to another Estate Agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I felt so reassured throughout my purchase; all my questions and queries were resolved / responded within a timely manner. I really like the teams personal approach. From the start they were friendly, welcoming, engaged and focused on getting the best for us as their clients. Outstanding customer service around the organisation of viewings and prompt feedback. The quality of the marketing material was excellent. We were moving to an area we didn’t know and we used the butler service with Kunal producing a comprehensive report on the market and negotiating on our behalf the best price possible on our house of choice. I was very impressed with them from the very start and they definitely offered a fresh approach to the usual estate agency experience. I chose them ahead of 3 other local agents, who did not seem enthusiastic or very communicative. Overall a highly satisfying experience and went above and beyond to help push things through. I can highly recommend them, as well as their attached conveyancing service who were professional and easy to approach.

Edit September 2016. Branch further improved with new facade. Good investment in new technology including a landlords portal. Combined with excellent customer service and good property management with reasonable pricing. One of the better agents in Croydon.

I had heard many horror stories about estate agents but I found Kunal and Kapil to be very helpful and decent people, who helped to speed up the process and resolve queries, and I would highly recommend them.
