GoogleReceived excellent service from the team at Black and Blanc. Rhianna was my estate agent for my flat sale. It was a difficult process due to the buyer's conveyancer but Rhianna kept pushing and chasing to keep things moving which was great. Would certainly recommend Rhianna and Black and Blanc for anyone selling/buying.

GoogleProperty was under offer quickly which is exactly what we were after. When the sale was getting a little “tricky” in the latter stages, Ellie really persisted with the buyer and made sure we could get completed and over the line by communicating a lot with the buyer and solicitor. It was good to have Ellie in our corner for it!

GoogleGeorgia at Black & Blanc was absolutely amazing. She was our vendor’s agent but she worked so hard for us that she felt more like our agent than our actual agent! From the very start of the process she always kept us updated and really went the extra mile to get our purchase over the line. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Always pleasant, always professional and nothing was too much trouble. I really can’t recommend Black & Blanc highly enough. GoogleBlack & Blanc arranged the sale of our property. Throughout, from the initial conversation, right through to exchange and completion, Black & Blanc provided a highly professional service. Aligned with that was an understanding of, and responsiveness to, what we were wanting to achieve, something that was very important to us. Kapil and Viktoriya were on the ball at all times. When a blockage needed shifting, they were there. On a personal level, dealing with both of them was a joy. We went to Black & Blanc because we perceived that, not only would they be efficient, but they offered something different in their approach, particularly in relation to personal service. Black & Blanc is exactly what it says on the tin, as that was what they provided. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleVery very happy with these guys when I sold my house. They run a professional service and excellent customer skills. I worked with Kunal who is a true gentleman. Despite being busy he always takes the time to answer and even messages me at the weekend. Viktoria (back of house) was phenomenal. She is the most efficient person I have ever met . I felt in extremely safe hands with these chaps. And they also provide a great service and advice when looking for a new house . Kunal did some background work and advised me on how the handle the negotiations . Suffice to say we got an extremely fair price on the house we were going to buy. These guys aren’t the cheapest on the market . But We happily paid the extra just for the professionalism and the support we had with them. They marketed my property really well, with wonderful photos and created a virtual tour getting the property on the market within 2 weeks of being instructed. The sales process went really well and we could have done it in 6 weeks if it were not for delays in the chain. We received excellent support and information throughout the process, and really appreciated the experience of working with a small independent agent. GoogleI have recently just sold my 2 bed property through Black and Blanc. I have to say, they were amazing from start to finish. They took great photos, continuously updated my listing to generate traffic and keep it at the top of search engines. Once I received an acceptable offer, they worked hard in keeping everyone updated in the chain with communication and also helped drive urgency in the chain to speed up the process. I want to specifically highlight Georgia Elkins who was my agent and all the work she did. Definitely went above and beyond and despite a very stressful experience (unrelated to Black and Blanc) Georgia really helped with the entire process. My other half was selling her property at the same time and the difference in communication and actions was night and day with hers being rather poor (most peoples exp). I have already referred these to my neighbour and would highly recommend anyone else who is looking to sell!

GoogleSelling a leasehold property can be daunting, and the process comes with many hurdles, but I’m glad we chose Black and Blanc as our estate agent. For starters, the way they present your property to the market is excellent, offering a very immersive experience. Once we found a buyer, the sale of my flat presented some challenges. Rhianna and, at the time, Ellie did an absolutely fantastic job, always following up with the buyer, conveyancers, and chasing up whoever needed to be chased. I cannot express enough my gratitude. If I had to sell another property, I would definitely appoint Black and Blanc again.

They are honest and knowledgable and always go out of their way to help. I was always kept informed of progress and advised well during the process of the purchase. Exceptional guys who look out for their customers!!! I've dealt with big high street estate agents in the past and they really do not compare to Jasper and Darby. These guys are really quite unique in terms of the service they provide. If you are looking for an estate agent who is genuine, honest, trust worthy, knowledge and truly care about their customers, then I recommend Jasper and Darby(Croydon branch). Can't thank these guys enough!!!

I could have never anticipated how stressful the whole process could be with a multitude of unforeseen problems along the way.
