GoogleWe have just completed a purchase through Black & Blanc. We found dealing with this agency to be an extremely positive experience. From our very first phone call to view the property to the final handing over of the keys we found communication to be positive, friendly and efficient. GoogleWe selected Black & Blanc after hearing from all other estate agents in the area. Overall they have a high level of professionalism and preparedness. We were happy with how they marketed the property across all major websites, with high quality photos and 3D environment. They communicated and conducted viewings in a professional manner. Once the sale was agreed they continued to work hard chasing solicitors and coordinating all parties to keep the sale on track despite some challenges. Thanks to Rhianna, Georgia, Kapil and team.

GoogleCould not be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish the team were on it, friendly, professional, and genuinely made the process feel a lot less stressful than I’d expected. A special mention to Georgia, who could not have been more responsive, dedicated, and excellent throughout, she is a real asset to the team. I always felt completely in the loop thanks to her quick updates and clear advice, and she went above and beyond to smooth out any little bumps along the way. Honestly can’t recommend them enough if you’re selling in West Wickham, first-class service from an outstanding team.

GoogleBlack & Blanc are the best estate agents in West Wickham. The Team do not follow a “ceiling price on the road” mentality that other agents in West Wickham follow. They looked at my house as a one-off. They valued my house and then actively looked for the perfect buyer. Their marketing and customer service skills are exceptional. Their mortgage advisor was also brilliant. In my opinion, homeowners would be nuts not to engage the services of Black & Blanc if you live in West Wickham or Beckenham. Huge thanks to Kunal, Georgia, Rhianna, Mike and Parmjhit for being a gem agency in the murky world of buying/selling houses. June 2025

Answered all my ignorant questions with kindness and clarity, help to chase slow solicitors and when I completed they gave me a book full of vouchers for furniture, electronics and so much more. Couldn't ask for a better experience, definitely recommend.

GoogleRecently completed on my first flat through Black and Blanc and wanted to share how much myself and my partner appreciated Georgia's guidance and support throughout the process. As we knew nothing about buying Georgia's knowledge and transparency was really appreciated by us both as we navigated a sometimes tricky road to completion. Georgia was always available for any queries and went above and beyond to make sure everything went through successfully. On the rare occurrences she had a day off we always felt looked after by the rest of her team at Black and Blanc.

GoogleI chose Black & Blanc to sell my mother's house ahead of a move to Oxfordshire. Everything from start to finish was managed fantastically well and given my mother is an elderly woman with dementia, handled her sensitively and brilliantly. This was a difficult chain with late complications and a tight timeframe but the whole move was done in under 3 months. That it got done at all was down to the tenacity, professionalism and proactivity of the team there - our negotiator Rhianna in particular, supported by the co-founder Kapil at the business end - in particular in pushing solicitors all across the chain and leaving nothing to chance. Yes, this agent is a little more expensive than some agents but they are so worth it - you don't want to cut corners on something as stressful as a house move. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have been very fortunate to have Rhianna as agent for my purchase: her always positive attitude and availability made what has been otherwise a truly horrific process bearable. Due to an unfortunate series of circumstances and appalling conveyancing on my side, the purchase took over 8 months to finalise, but Rhianna was never afraid to pick up the phone or chase my law firm every day, no matter the difficulties. She updated me regularly at any time and always kept me in the loop with what was going on behind the scene. She has also been very personable and supportive throughout, I cannot recommend her enough. If Rhianna is any indication of everyone else at Black and Blanc, do yourself a favour and get in touch with them.

GoogleUpdated to say thanks to Rhianna, Kapil and the rest of the team and Black and Blanc for all their help and hard work in making sure our sale progressed smoothly and that we achieved our deadline! We originally intended to sell our flat in Upper Norwood and Black and Blanc were taking care of the process. They found us a buyer quickly however the sale fell through (the buyer changed his mind). We decided to rent the flat out instead and Black and Blanc were happy to accommodate our changing plans. Black and Blanc found tenants very quickly and took care of the whole process for us. As this was our first purchase, we had requested to visit the property many times to do checks and Rhianna was always very accommodating. One time we had missed our appointment slot due to delays and Rhianna still made time to fit us in on the same day.

GoogleBB are unique in their offering. They get the job done despite the rocky road of buying and selling a house in such a turbulent market. Ellie's resilience and confidence was inspiring. She listened to our needs and kept us updated. I wasn't the easiest of clients but Ellie maintained her professionalism and calmness and persevered. GoogleFantastic Estate Agent, with fantastic staff. We worked with Ellie Eccleston who was hardworking, professional and really diligent and thorough with our sale. Our sale was not easy, due to extenuating circumstances but Ellie worked really hard to make sure that everything was completed as smoothly as possible. We could not have done this without her! GoogleI had an excellent experience working with Black and Blanc. My estate agent was Rhianna. The sale of my house wasn’t the easiest sale as there were a number of unexpected nuisances. Rhianna had to think out of the box, she was incredibly helpful, productive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. From start to finish, she was friendly, flexible, approachable, and always available to answer questions or provide guidance. What also stood out was how seamlessly everything was connected. I used several of their interconnected services which included a legal broker and a mortgage advisor, and the entire process felt streamlined and well-coordinated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for reliable, professional support.

My solicitor was a disaster so thank god for having Lucy on my team! I went in to meet the team at the office and they were all really welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about my situation. We used Black & Blanc West Wickham on a recommendation , and would be more than happy to pass that recommendation on . The stand out qualities for me were that they cared , showed perseverance when times got tough , were endlessly cheerful and positive , and used teamwork really well so I never had to repeat myself if my agent wasn’t there . GoogleFab agency to buy from!!! As an estate agent myself, I've crossed paths with many a cowboy in this industry giving hard-working, honest estate agents a bad name! So it's safe to say, i was pretty sceptical, especially seeing as I was purchasing from an agency I hadn't heard of before. But honestly, I couldn't be happier with how responsive, helpful, and understanding Amelia was! From start to finish, she was great! She wasn't pushy or condescending, she was super approachable and personable. Nothing was too much effort for her. I expressed I was nervous as I didn't know the area and had never lived alone. She went out of her way to speak to each of the occupants in the building and sent me over a little blurb about them. This was the clincher for me. Knowing I was moving into a small building with other people who didn't sound too dissimilar to me, and it made me trust the process and really respect her going the extra mile. Also I received a cute hamper upon completion which was a lovely touch! All round great experience :)
