GoogleThis company should not be trading they have been removed from the PRS by the trading ombudsman for illegally withholding landlords deposit . Stay well away from this company and do not ask them to rent your property unless you want them to knowingly sub-let it numerous people. Basically they are company of thieves taking advantage of landlords destroying their properties and withholding deposits

GoogleWhat a difference. After waisting 3 months with other agency I gave a chance to these guys. They had more viewings in 3 weeks than the other in 3 months. I also had 2 offers so far. Give them a chance as you have nothing to loose. No sale no fee.

GoogleI am currently renting through APX, agents made process very easy, if there’s any maintenance needed agents are always there to help and source the engineer. Charlie and Emily are always helpful especially when I wanted to repaint the house, they sourced a very good painter. I am grateful for the APX team and the work they put into their clients. From the moment we found the property we wanted to rent, all the way through to now - living there and needing the occasional service - we've just had great service. Problems fixed in no time, information sent promptly, quick responses to our every query. I'd specifically choose properties advertised through this company in future, because their level of service makes such a difference.

GoogleWas shown round some new flats with a very friendly member. The flats were nice but ultimately out of my price range, I would return to APX Properties though due to the friendly nature of the staff, he had answers to all of the questions I was asking about the flats (sorry for so many!) and was very patient with me! Hopefully I can find a flat soon...

GoogleI used the APX Properties as I had become frustrated at an incredibly tough market. I had read the positive reviews and decided to give it a try. They are just fantastic. Had a never ending well of patience and was full of useful and practical advice. If you are a first time buyer, and can afford it, then I would highly recommend it.
