GoogleHorrendous. Always have been and always will be. Even after going through the process of dealing with the Ombudsman and Andrew Reeves/Countrywide being found wholly in the wrong and being told all errors would be corrected, they STILL have erroneous information stored. They have cancelled our water bill twice without explaining (because of a change of a tenant), incorrectly logged missed payments (because of new contracts they've drawn up) and their staff turnover alone should alert anyone as to the awful way this place is run. If you're a landlord or renter... AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleFor an agency that big I’d expect much more. My husband has two satisfied CCJ’s on his account with a proof that they are paid. One expires in a few months, for the other one we have a letter proof from the court, it’s paid and expires in 2 years. All mistakes from when he was a teenager, like parking tickets, nothing to do with rent and bills. He’s earning more that 60k a year, we have a guarantor who’s earning more than 80k with perfect credit history. We have excellent references from 4 different agencies for the past 10 years and Andrew Reeves said no to us for a house with a rent of £1600, they don’t care about anything but what the computer tells them. We even offered to upgrade the landlord insurance to cover things like this, but nope they are not flexible at all! It’s the computer talking! We are not people for them even with everything we have, earn and can prove. Apart from Alexia, who actually cared and listened, everyone in there is useless. Nowadays they are so many things you can do and other agencies do without a problem to help people especially for the people who can afford the rent, clearly! Take care! The worst agency of all in whole London, but I bet you don’t care anyway! Representing yourselves as one of the best agencies, but you’re far far away from them. 🤦🏻♀️

GoogleCalled Andrew Reeves very much off the cuff simply asking for properties of our description. They quickly and effectively sorted viewings all around our timetable. Out of all the agencies that helped us Connie from Reeves was the most amiable and welcoming of them all. Yes a property sells itself but the journey is as important, Connie made sure that we had a really fun and enjoyable time during what was an action packed day of 8 viewings. From start to finish they were quick and cohesive. Big thumbs up from us if you're looking for an estate agents run with a family ethos and customer facing pride.

GoogleFinally, an estate agents that actually listened when I confirmed I was keen to get things moving a.s.a.p. Jack Cuthbert was the well presented young chap I was lucky enough to get hold of and had two viewings organised for that evening within 30 minutes. He even came back to let me measure up the chosen studio flat on his way to the staff Xmas Do at 1 hours notice the following day. Sometimes you just find the person you need to get something done with fuss. A thoroughly easy and rapid service.

Even when there was a hiccup, they were there to sort it for us. They are professional and efficient, also added a personal touch by going out there way to help with a surprise engagement. GoogleWe have just moved into a lovely house in Bromley and I wanted to just say that Andrew Reeves were brilliant at sorting it all out for us. Kirstie was totally understanding even when we put her under pressure, she was very friendly and helpful. I know that moving is meant to be one of the most stressful times and i was surprised at how easy it was - although credit to kirstie as without her i am sure my stress levels would have been sky high. GoogleMy partner and I dealt with Connie when looking for a new property to rent and she was thoroughly helpful and took all of our needs into account. We found the perfect place to live and the process was made nice and simple by Connie and the other members of staff in Bromley. If we're ever wanting to consider other properties in the future we'll definitely make this branch our first stop.
