My son recently purchased a delightful property in Lyndhurst. Emma Foster was absolutely on top of things every step of the way. Originally my husband and I were going to buy it but then we decided it was perfect for our son. Whenever we contacted Emma she was available. We viewed 3 maybe 4 times which she organised to fit in with us all. Spencers really do seem to be the complete professionals. If I was selling locally I would certainly use them. Many thanks Emma

Spencers have been amazing in marketing and selling my Mother's house. It was placed on the market in April and Spencer's made every effort to help find a buyer quickly knowing that my Mum had gone into a Care Home and so her house needed to be sold as quickly as possible. In particular Emma Foster was extremely helpful and did most of the client viewings. She also made sure I was aware of progress in the early stages. Due to increased workloads for Emma and other negotiators, Sarah Deeks was appointed to assist in keeping clients updated with progress of the prospective sales/purchases and she was amazing in chasing solicitors and keeping everyone informed of what was happening in the chain. Spencers were also excellent in providing a very helpful and useful list of various firms to assist when choosing solicitors, house clearance etc. Since I live in Kent and did not know solicitors in the area, the list was really helpful in choosing an excellent solicitor and also a wonderful House Clearance firm. So top marks to Spencers and to Melanie Gwilliam for running such a professional and excellent Estate Agents. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the New Forest area who is selling or hoping to purchase a property in that area. They are outstanding.

When it came to selling my parents house, without hesitation, I went straight to Spencers Brockenhurst due to the opinion that I have formed over the years that they are the best. I mainly worked with Emma for the sale and she couldn’t have been more helpful, with advice and knowledge about the selling process. Emma is always happy in her work and was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions and make contact with my eventual purchasers when required and kept on top of everything as the process unfolded. Thank you for a job well done. All the members of the team at the Brockenhurst office had a hand in the process at some point, especially Lauren who was in charge of producing the wonderful Sale details and other necessary documents. The other members of this team are Dan, Mel, Heidi and Heather and also a shout out for the Big Boss, Rob Batten. Another part of the process of selling and buying with Spencers that really impressed me, getting towards the end, was the introduction of the Sales Progressor, Sarah Deeks and her sidekick Leanne. When they got involved, it was made much easier to get information too and from all parties concerned, that being, purchasers and Solicitors etc, quickly and again a big thank you to Sarah and Leanne for all that they have both done. The whole process couldn’t have been handled any better. A great experience provided by a great company.

Thanks to Pippa at Spencer's Brockenhurst branch my husband and I are now living in a gem of house in the middle of a golf course.  We first met Pippa whilst viewing a house we had found online, a stunning house but completely unsuitable for us.  After a short chat about what we were actually looking for Pippa took us straight to Blackhamsley House.  Less than three months later we were holding the keys.  At the same time Spencers enabled the sale of our old property and also the purchase of a second property, the sales of which all happened to our specified timeline - a miracle!  We can't thank Pippa enough for her absolute professionalism yet super friendly approach - we will not be moving for a while!

We sent an enquiry very late Friday night about a property new to the market & were given an appointment to see it the very next day which I was delighted with. When we arrived we were a little unsure of parking & access and as if by magic, Pippa, the agent from Spencers, phoned and guided us to the correct spot. It was clear from the outset that she was very familiar with all aspects of the house that would be of interest to us as prospective buyers, she had obviously spent some time & effort getting to know the property & understanding what was special about it. Pippa was great at getting onboard with our explorative thoughts on the potential the house and grounds held for us whilst maintaining the upmost respect for the home the vendors had created & loved for may years. Looking for property in a certain ‘price bracket’ we have found many other agents to be aloof and sometimes verging on condescending. It’s a daunting task for us having only been through this process once before & it really helped to have someone guide us with gentle enthusiasm rather than a pushy, haughty time tapper. Good customer service is a dying art it would seem but with the perfect balance of professionalism & approachability Pippa is definitely an asset to Spencers.
