Simply Let Dorset LTD offers you a hassle-free and conscientious letting experience and was started by the owner Jacky over 20 years ago. We pride ourselves on making our property lettings service as simple as possible for our landlords and tenants. We are different as we do not wear suits, and we focus just on lettings, we do not do sales, and we offer a friendly, personal, caring, honest, transparent approach. We have strong ethics and a uniquely common-sense approach to letting and managing your property as if it were our own. Jacky the owner has 30 years of lettings experience and comes from a strong lending banking background. GoogleI’m currently a tenant with SimplyLet and they made the whole moving-in process really easy. They worked around my schedule, kept all their appointments, and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Everything felt straightforward and well organised, which made a stressful process much smoother. Would definitely recommend.

All the paperwork delivered by Ebony who answered any further questions. They are security conscience when handling deposited and rent. Highly recommend. Simple to Dorset is Simply the Best! When I first looked at rental properties I trawled the larger letting agencies, had many appointments but they had no interest in my requirements and I was very aware I was just commission to them. A friend then recommended Jacky to me. That was some 6 years ago and I can't fault the service I've received from the very beginning. Jacky really cares about her tenants and equally her landlords and landladies. I highly recommend Simply Let Dorset, an honest and caring service. Thanks Jacky & girls.

GoogleI have rented through simply let for a while, I personally wouldn't recommend this letting agency. They don't seem to care about their clients.
Jamie Lane you do not rent / have never rented through Simply Let Dorset so please remove this false review ASAP ! There is another Simply Let in the North of England I prusume are you getting the two mixed up? I will report this to Google as an error to get it removed as it is not accurate.

GoogleWe are currently renting a house from simply let and have lived there for about 5 years now. Moving in was very easy, Jackie was very helpful and handled everything with professionalism. Any maintenance issues are always handled very quickly and efficiently by poppy. It’s nice to rent from an agency that generally care. I would highly recommend renting through simply let.

GoogleOkay agents be weary if you cannot keep your home to show home quality
Hi katie, Just to clarify we do not expect tenants to live in show home condition, but we do suggest on inspections ways to clean & maintain areas that we can see are will affect your end deposit such as marks on walls & carpets & limescale & garden maintenance etc as we hate seeing tenants lose funds on expensive end of tenancy cleans & rubbish removal & gardening when they vacate properties at tenancy end.
