Even though things weren't straightforward with my purchase (my fault for changing my mind twice and then going away for 6 weeks!), Rob was on the case the whole time, finding me the right place to move to, and made the process very easy to manage. I would recommend Hillier Wilson to anyone thinking of moving house.

GoogleEd was incredible throughout the whole process. At last minute, he was able to offer a Saturday viewing and then also offered his time on the Sunday so my husband could view. He was always contactable and replied within 10 minutes. Great knowledge of the local area and just all round a great estate agent! I think it's quite rare to find an estate agent who genuinely cares and you certainly get that with Ed! He helped speed up the process and amazingly we were able to complete within 6 weeks (with a 3 link chain involved and probate!) Absolutely fantastic estate agents and certainly will never look else where in the future!

It wasn't the most straightforward of purchases, although really should have been. I was able to get updates and there was always someone to answer my call and keep me informed throughout the process. GoogleFollowing a family bereavement I had to have my home valued. On speaking to a couple of neighbours, who have lived in my area for close to forty years they recommended Hillier Wilson. They had used them for both buying and selling during that time and couldn't speak highly enough of the staff and service. I checked out the Hillier Wilson impressive website and called into the office. I was greeted by Rob and it was clear from the start that this was a friendly, knowledgeable and professional company. I explained that I needed a valuation and that I was unlikely to put my home on the market. This wasn't an issue and Rob came to view within a couple of days. This was soon followed up with an email with a comprehensive marketing opinion. The service I received was excellent and I sure I was treated the same as someone who was imminently putting their property on the market. If I do decide to sell at some point in the future, Hillier Wilson will definitely be getting my business.
