We had a property for sale for a number of months with no interest; after remarketing with Hillier Wilson they had it sold in a matter of days. The service right through the process has been excellent, with quick responses throughout; especially impressive as we we're out of the country when the property sold. Couldn't be happier with the service, and can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI could not have asked for more from HW when it comes to customer service. On our sale Ed worked incredibly hard to negotiate the best deal for us, and on our related purchase, never put us under pressure to find somewhere and encouraged us to keep an open mind. The team are professional and I have always felt have our interest at heart. I can honestly say I will always recommend them to anyone who I know needs an estate agent, and I would never use anyone else. Proof that fantastic customer service is still out there.

Ed who I dealt with helped enormously with various issues working with the vendors and ourselves to achieve exchange with our preferred completion date. GoogleThe process of selling your property is an onerous ordeal. I had no luck selling my property through another local estate agents, and just thought that the property market was the issue. By chance I came across Hillier Wilson, so decided to see how my property would fair with another estate agency on board. Straight away they gave a first class service. The pictures and house description they put together were incredible and within the first few days they had arranged more than three times the amount of viewings on my property than the other estate agents had managed to arrange in 2 months. Throughout the rest of the process, the agents at Hillier Wilson were always approachable and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way and ultimately sold my property for a price I didn’t expect to achieve. Would definitely recommend them, and will definitely use them again.
